NATFM was established on 20-01-2001 to evolve into a premier resource centre for telecom and Information Technology studies with a pan-India presence and global relevance. The Vision and mandate of NATFM are predicated upon effective institution building. In recognition of this we have designed internal processes to work in a simple and transparent fashion towards the following objectives.

In-house faculty:

Courses, workshops and induction courses are essentially conducted by in-house faculty of the NATFM, consisting of CGM, DGMs, CAO, AOs and JAOs. click for list of In-House /faculty members .

BSNL Guest Faculty:

In order to keep up the latest trends, NATFM also draws competent personnel with rich experience in Commercial, Finance, Management, Information Technology and other activities relating to BSNL from various units to deliver lectures and make presentations. Such faculty members are officers from engineering and finance streams.

Visiting Faculty:

The quality and standard of the courses are further enhanced by inducting visiting faculty from reputed corporate houses and academic institutions.
